Where do the animals come from?
They are ranch-raised exotic livestock on managed Texas Hill Country ranches. Axis deer and blackbuck antelope roam open pasture with no feedlots, grain finishing, hormones or antibiotics.
What does custom-exempt mean?
You purchase ownership in a live animal before it is custom-processed for your household. The resulting meat is for personal use only, is labeled “NOT FOR SALE,” and cannot be resold.
How much freezer space do I need?
A half share generally needs 1–2 cubic feet. A whole share is best suited to a chest freezer or large upright, using roughly 2–3 cubic feet.
Do you ship?
No. Shares are available for coordinated pickup or local delivery within approximately one hour of Austin, Texas.
How long will it keep?
Properly vacuum-sealed wild game can maintain quality for 12–18 months in a standard freezer.
